If you are unsure, follow the steps below to find out.

• Click the Start Button.
• Click "Settings".
• Click "Control Panel".
• Find the icon labeled "System" and double-click it.
• Near the top of the window, it will say what version of Windows you are running.
• If it says "Microsoft Windows 95", then you do not have Service Pack 1 or higher installed. Click "No" above.
• If it says "Microsoft Windows 95A", "Microsoft Windows 95B" or "Microsoft Windows 95C", you have Service Pack 1 or higher installed. Choose "Yes" above.
